OUR MISSION

To provide quality dental hygiene services to geriatrics, disabled, home and facility bound, To promote oral health and disease prevention amongst the Special Needs population and to constantly improve our knowledge and effectiveness.

Tooth Fairy Dental Hygiene was founded and established by Jaleh Jasmin Gandjeh, RDHAP in 2003 to serve seniors, medically and/or mentally disabled, and home or facility bound patients.

With over 15 years of dental care experience, and over thousands of patients served in Southern California, she is highly committed to providing the best care possible. Jaleh has both an associate of arts degree and an associate of science degree in dental hygiene, and was a part of first graduating class of the Registered Dental Hygienist in Alternative Practice (RDHAP) in Southern California. She is licensed by the Dental Board of California to provide anesthetics, soft tissue curettage, and oxygen-nitrous sedation. After passing the California Board Exam at the University of Southern California, she became a practicing dental hygienist in 1999. She is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association, the California Dental Hygiene Association and the San Fernando Valley Dental Hygienist Association. Jaleh has had the pleasure of working with many of the best general dentists and dental specialists in private settings as well as providing care in county hospitals, the veteran’s hospital, public health departments, mental health hospitals and federal correction institutes. As a dental Hygiene professional Jaleh regularly attends all required and many voluntary continuing education courses, as well as maintains a professional library of text and journals that ensure she maintains a mastery of all current methodology and practices to continue providing state-of –the-art dental hygiene health care.
